This was my third and last visit to the nail bar after two bad experiences. The first time my toe nail was cut too short causing it to bleed profusely - accidents happen - but unfortunately there was no apology or acknowledgement from the staff member. I got a shellac manicure the third time and it didn't even last a night with a knick in it by the time I got home, another nail has small bubbles in it. After calling and going back to the shop they fixed up the nail with the knick in it but you can clearly see where it's been touched up. Another downside was I wasn't allowed to use my 'loyalty' card because the appointment was booked via treatwell.
