After reading the reviews I was expecting a better service. I am going to assume that the assistant wasn’t having a good day as she did not speak barely a word to me or even look at me. The equipment did not look sanitary and the uv gel lamp had old browny/ red stained nail polish all over it. After inspecting my nails after the treatment , the gel colour application was not smooth and you can see brush strokes / uneven parts. The colour chosen should have been applied 3 times as the colour is still a bit translucent. After the treatment the assistant dropped cuticle oil on each nail, without rubbing it in and then said I was done without looking at me. I paid £35 for an infill with gel on top (which is bizarre as the menu said £18 for an infill ... meaning the gel polish was an extra £17) and unfortunately do not think it was worth it.
