Not friendly... expect speaking in another language about you. I had lumps of gel left under my nail and the sides were not even- the whole thing rushed. When I asked for a simple filing down to fix both I got an aggressive "Ok so what I can do is remove the gel and acrylic and you can demand a refund from treatwell!" which I was quite taken aback by! I assume other people are like me and they look forward to getting their nails done as a pleasant/treating oneself experience and this nail salon just does not have that ambience. It was awkward watching the other customers try to make conversation/jokes and get a cold reply as well. As a cherry on top, I had asked for a french mani and the next thing I know- I'm getting cuticle oil on my nails done with just the base colour and no white tips...by this point I was just desperate to leave this place and even didn't say anything. Appalling experience.

Had a manicure and pedicure - manicure lasted only two days sadly! And the pedicure could have had a bit more of a scrub on my feet. But they were v friendly and would go again.
