following this appointment three weeks ago, I booked two spa pedicures and shellac removal for this evening. I called last night to check and confirm and was told this was fine. Arrived 7 minutes late due to tube issues (my mum was there on time and had her pedicure underway) however I was told I had to wait 20 minutes now for any treatment because I was late - regardless of the fact that 1- no staff were free to do my nails anyway, 2- they had double booked and had 2 other people booked for pedicures 15 minutes after ours and 3- nothing had even been prepared for the appointment. I Ended up just having nails painted due to waiting over 35 minutes for them to then finish the next appointment, but the spa manicure my mum had was not the best and felt rushed. Shame as I have always liked this salon and been pleased but not likely to go again. Going on holiday tomorrow so extremely disappointed.
