I had a regular manicure and after just over 24hrs (and no rock climbing) most of my nails were chipped. I went back and discretely spoke to one of the technicians, not wanting a refund or anything, but simply alerting them of the situation, and suggesting that maybe the nail polish that they used was old. I was practically ignored and won't be going back

Great apart from the pedicure getting ruined after 30 mins drying just from walking home in flip flops. Coat was too thick! Was not even dry to touch hours later.
