Very knowledgeable staff with great skills and my acrylics look great however I asked for medium and they are very short. Like sort of beats the point of having them which I’m very upset with. Although I didn’t make a fuss at the store as after a long day I just want to go home. Also got charged an extra £5 for shape up. Please convey prices clearer. It’s a really nice place and the actual extensions are really great just so short .
