Over booked and even though we arrived first other customers were then prioritised. I sat with cold feet in a towel waiting to be dried and painted. When I raised this with them that they could not just leave my feet and abandon my treatment half way they did resume the treatment but it was very rushed. I have been attending for a while but will now probably go elsewhere where I feel valued as a customer.
