Awful service. The appointment felt extremely rushed, as though I was being squeezed in between two other clients. She was very rough with my nails, they were left looking awful, and they weren’t even cut straight.
If you’re paying for a professional appointment, you should be given the proper time and care rather than being rushed through so they can move on to the next client. Really disappointing experience.
