The staff was very nice and the mani & pedi lasted for a few days. Unfortunately the positive review stops there. 1) The covid-19 measures were quite poor: one person was wearing a mask and the other used it intermittently; at one point there were six people at the same time in the very small studio; each person picks up for themself the nail polish (which is not cleaned before or after each client touches it). 2) The tools they use are not sterilized between customers. Sometimes they give them a quick wash with water, but that’s just about it. 3) About the mani & pedi in particular, the result was good although the process wasn’t relaxing or enjoyable. 4) Finally, probably due to the long closure due to covid-19, the nail polishes weren’t as “fresh” as one would expect. I’m sad to leave a bad review as the staff seemed to be nice people but they need to improve their safety and cleaning standards and their people skills.
