I booked a full tint, cut and long hair blow dry £84, but confirmed at my patch test I only needed a root touch-up, advertised at £70 long hair. My appointment included colouring 2.5 inches of regrowth, a freezing hair wash due to a faulty toilet, and a young child crying -not relaxing at all. At payment, the owner was immediately defensive and suggested due to Treatwell fees I should pay £84 to bolster salon takings. The haircut was fine, but the experience was intimidating and unprofessional.
