Ellie was so friendly and kind - she was waiting for me with a big smile when I arrived! I was feeling rather relaxed about the appointment anyway but she really took the time to introduce herself, her professional background and explained what she was doing at every step. I felt great after the appointment and will definitely return a few times each year for further treatments. Thanks Ellie! X
