Caroline knows her stuff and makes sure your skin gets exactly what it needs. She talks you through everything she is doing and is so knowledgeable. I can't recommend Caroline highly enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for my facials.

A facial with Alex is always good, she is attentive to your needs and concerns. Her product and skincare knowledge is excellent. She has introduced me to Skynedor, a Spanish skincare brand, which I’d never heard of. After trying a few samples in the corrective range, I decided to invest in a couple of their products. Thank you Alex, look forward to seeing you again soon x

As always, my appointment with Alex was exceptional. This time I had a face peel. Alex strikes the right balance between explaining the science, being professional and at the same time making me feel relaxed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
