Having had an allergic reaction to something, my eyes flared up beyound recognition. I looked deformed. I visited Caroline and showed her the pictures as I had taken some antihistamines which were helping with the swelling but not the rawness and texture of the skin around my eyes. She new exactly how to calm the skin, advised me on what to do on a daily bases, recommending products that would help. She was truly professional and reassuring.
