I was well taken care of by Natalie. She explained the type of facial she thought I needed. During the facial she told me what she was doing and checked I was comfortable. The room was a good temperature. It was all very relaxing and enjoyable. My skin looks radiant. I was given some sample products to use at home. Thank you Natalie, great experience.
