I felt immediately put at ease soon as I stepped in through the door. There were COVID measures put in place which was reassuring. Natalie was very warm and knowledgeable and made me feel very looked after.
She talked through what she will be doing on the treatment but ultimately it is about me having a relaxing session.
I had the most amazing facial I've ever had, finished off with a firm but relaxing neck massage. Definitely will be back again.
