I was made to feel welcome and put at ease, I have had back Wax before, but this was the first at The Men's Salon. Jayda was very professional, the wax was applied and removed and the whole experience and the conversation rolled along great, I'll definitely be a returning customer. Jayda even checked my front to ensure she'd completed the task, Full marks 10/10

There was no meet and greet as a first customer and potential returning customer. When i buzzed in from the intercom there was no courtesy and the therapist was already waiting in the room she didnt even come to meet me. She was too busy talking on her phone doing other work related stuff. I felt like a body in a morgue I couldn't wait to get out of there asap. After the waxing was complete i just put my clothes on immediately paid and left the waxing was secondary to what she as focused on
