Massage itself was good although a little bruised afterwards! Atmosphere isn’t great, I understand this isn’t a spa experience but the immediate attempt to sell add-ons is really unrelaxing. Given the cost of the massage I would expect at least aromatherapy oil to be used rather than having to pay more for that. I’m not sure how many sheets there were on the bed but there was a lot of rearranging each time the therapist moved from limb to limb, also not relaxing. Although the bed itself was comfortable. As others have mentioned the lighting was quite bright (credit where credit’s due the therapist turned it down when asked). The therapist was chatty which I normally wouldn’t like but seemed inkeeping with the whole atmosphere of the place and actually made a nice change! Definitely wouldn’t come back and pay full price for the experience I had but pleased I was able to try on the introductory offer.

Rushed and no atmosphere. Very clinical. Abrupt finish as if time had run out and therapist appeared rushed after a beep sounded half way through.

Absolutely brilliant. best massage I've ever had. didn't even know I could turn my head that far! my neck feels incredible. 😍
