Heating mat underneath was too hot. Burnt my hips. I wanted a deep tissue massage in my shoulder/ neck area as I had bad pain. I told the therapist about my pain and wrote it on my form. She worked mostly on legs, arms. About 5 minutes on shoulder/neck area so I’m still in a lot of pain. I suffer with anxiety so struggle to talk to people and didn’t want to upset therapist. Hand towels at the end of massage were too hot, burnt my hands.

On arrival I was greeted straight away at the front desk. Very polite and helpful. I had my first treatment (deep tissue full body massage) with Kate. I opted for the 90 minutes and it was the best decision I made. I also had the add on of a scalp massage. Kate was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had she answered and talked me through everything with regards to areas I will need to focus on in future. I was very happy with the service that I have signed up to become a member & already booked my next massage for next month. The member benefits are really good so if this is something you would want regularly I feel like this would be beneficial. I look forward to future appointments and would definitely recommend.

I had a brilliant massage, they really took time to understand my pain points and give guidance on what I can do to help relieve tension. Will definitely be going again.
