After the initial disappointment that my on-line booking was canceled due to a double booking. My overall experience was good. I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed. The down side is that the car park is shared with the travel lodge and there was no spaces left. However there is a car park situated opposite which cost me £2

The staff was keep to listen to what I was after before getting started. I was provided with details during the massage on how I can make the most of it with later with top tips:
The Therapist provided me with ideas on how to use my foam roller further to make sure I get less muscle knot and strech movement ideas tailored to my working style & environment.
Definitely would go back and already recommending to friends & family.

Ran the Reading half marathon and legs were killing me. Have been looking for somewhere that does good hard massage, and this place sorted me out! Shame it is slightly too far to go a couple of times a week, but would definitely recommend them!
Relieved my shoulders and lower back ache. I wasn't sure when I booked, but the place looks great, and staff were superb. Def recommend the deep tissue massage. Membership looks logical and cost effective if you live close by - I'm sorely tempted...
It was a an amazing massage. They try and upsell you extras as its about to start, slightly off putting. But toasty massage tables and blankets. Very relaxing!
