The good: therapist was friendly, responsive to guidance and a good, enjoyable massage overall. The so-so: was prone for 2 hours without turning but time had run out before realising, so would've been better if the therapist had asked about turning for the last 45 mins or so. The bad: echo the other reviewers, poor venue, dull lighting, room could've been warmer and even with music in the room, can easily hear other goings on. Some other staff member walked into the room 15/20 mins into my massage to get/do something so that wasn't great either.
