Gemma was excellent! Really welcoming, made sure I was comfortable including room temperature. She focused on where I said I was having issues and I even forgot I was wearing a mask I was that relaxed!

My massage with Dawn was great. She was attentive to the main areas I wanted to focus on and worked on the knots and tension I had which had resulted in bad headaches recently. She was professional whilst being welcoming making the experience a well needed relaxing one. She also explained the processes in place for my appointment but also between clients regarding cleanliness and protecting from Covid.

It was my first massage and it was amazing! Gemma made me feel really at ease, and the massage itself was the most relaxing experience ever. I'm definitely converted! The only let-down was the manicure. I didn't feel as if it was really worth the money - especially as the gel only lasted 3 days before it started to peel off. But I would definitely go back for a other massage.
