Excellent cleanliness and social distancing measures put in place. Louise was lovely and chatted with myself and my daughter throughout. The only downside was that I paid for a child’s wash cut and blow, however she gave my daughter a dry cut, it wasn’t explained why? Maybe very busy with bookings? Otherwise as always really pleased with the salon & service.

I attended with my 7 week old. The crèche wasn’t open yet (which I was already aware of) so I kept my daughter in the baby carrier on me and she slept the whole way through the hair cut! Louise was really good, she listened to what I wanted and was really pleasant to talk to. She gave me an amazing head massage when she washed my hair and I enjoyed the whole thing. It felt like the first proper me time I’ve had since giving birth.
