We love the Mama Sanctuary, it’s our special treat. We had such a fabulous time previous to this visit so we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately we did not leave feeling as special, the building was freezing cold and we were kept waiting for ages in between treatments with no explanation. My daughter was over tired, frozen and bored by the time it came to her treatment so did not enjoy it as much as the last time. We have booked to go again before Christmas so fingers crossed.

It can get quite chilly in there so that’s the only thing I would change.

Once I found an address, I didn't know where it is, so my first thought was "What a hole, why I agreed on that". But I've risked, and it was the best decision I've ever made and the best way to spend 30£ on that salon. Once I came, I almost broke a door but staff was still super friendly with me. Extra points for Beatles, btw. And Katherine was the best, I just said a colour I wanted and left everything to her. To be short about a result, my sister made an appointment as soon as she saw me.
