I feel really mixed about this experience - the beauty therapist was lovely, did a good job and the rooms were very calming ... BUT ... I had to pay an extra £5 to use hot wax. This should absolutely be a given when getting a Hollywood and should not be an additional charge. I generally prefer a cheap and cheerful experience ... last time I had these treatments done elsewhere I was in and out in 25 minutes, here it took an hour.

This was one of the best treatments I think I have ever had...the combination of back massage, facial, hand and foot massage was just divine and my therapist was really wonderful applying the perfect amount of pressure during the massage!
