Hollywood wax is never an enjoyable experience but Magnolia Rooms were great- staff were really friendly, professional and reassuring. Made me feel instantly comfortable, especially with new sanitising practices. Will definitely be back.

The therapist is nice for facial but not good at massaging, I wish she could press on a bit more with strength.
There is another lady at the reception didn’t seem very welcoming, she may probably be the boss.
