I requested the batch numbers and expiry dates of the injectables used but was told manufacturers do not provide stickers. After I challenged this, I was told the packaging had been disposed of, yet I was given leaflets instead which weren’t disposed? I still received no batch or expiry details. I was also unable to obtain clear written information about the practitioner's qualifications, product training or indemnity insurance, leaving me concerned about traceability and clinical governance.
