It was the first time having reflexology and Claire explained everything and was super welcoming, warm and friendly. It was very relaxing, I've not felt that relaxed in a very long time. The added bonus of the reiki and ear seeds complimented each other amazingly.
Would highly recommend.

Such a wonderful experience. Clare was very professional, friendly and reassuring. The treatments were explained in full and I was made to feel comfortable throughout the process. I felt much calmer and relaxed after my treatments. Would highly recommend. Very clean, inviting and relaxing venue.

Went for a reflexology session really enjoyed the treatment was very relaxing before the treatment we talked through what's reflexology was and if I had any questions put me ease straight away very calming and welcome environment would definitely recommend to anyone will be going again
