I booked in for a shoulder, neck and head massage with Marcel. Talked him through the headaches and lack of movement that I was struggling with in my neck. He then focused on working out the knots I had in my upper back and releasing the tension in my shoulders. After the treatment I could really tell the difference in the increased movement and decreased stiffness in my neck. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning for further treatments.
