I've always avoided DTM's as I know it's not a relaxing calm experience like you think with a massage. I know they can be uncomfortable but I know I needed help.
Well HELL did it help!!! Some areas brought tears to my eyes and I won't say at times it didn't hurt to get those muscles lose but it was the best feeling ever. Marcel sorted out areas that I didn't know where even hurting me until he hit a knot. It was like the nicest form of torture. Honestly I got home and cried from the relief.
