Once again a superb treatment.
I'm in the gym a lot and suffer with my legs.
Edna really worked my muscles and helped me. This is a 2 weekly treatment at Luma.

I'm completely new to yoga. Tiffani made me feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in what I was doing.
I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher and instructor.
I go for yoga instruction every week now.
