I was nervous about the Belief Coding session as I've never done it before. Paula explained what to expect and held a beautifully safe space to discuss what I wanted. We worked on some past negative experiences that I felt were holding me back in the present and I left feeling like I'd shifted some of those blockages for good. Thanks Paula
