Honestly feel so much lighter both mentally & spiritually. Clarity which has been needed for a while has finally come to the front and has given me a starting point! I have felt that I have had such stagnant energy for the past few months & nothing has shifted it. I’ve been struggling with trusting myself & moving forward.
