My hair cut for this round was ok but Luciano is very unreliable and irresponsible for his booking. My son booked him and accepted. He subsequently changed the time and hair dresser without giving details…. We complained and were told that the slot was given to another client who was late. This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible. Avoid!!!!!
