The reason I gave 3* for treatment was that the colour did drip a couple of times on my face, etc and smeared. I liked the blow-dry she gave me. Her teacher was very good by checking thoroughly. That gave me confidence.

Great 1st experience at London hairdressing academy. As always never quite know how good a haircut is till hair is washed at home. Katy very pleasant and attentive . Has the right qualities to make a good hairdresser
