Hi my experience here was okay but it was my first visit and they passed me on to a student who washed my hair and was getting me wet through I just didn’t say as I’m a nice person ,then when I sat on the chair I then got passed to another student to blow dry my hair ,who knotted my hair every 2 minutes with the hair dryer and then eventually the actual experienced hair dresser then cut my hair but was talking to a student while she did it , not really talking to me,my hair is lovely tho 😊

I will always go to the loft for my hair! Made to feel welcome always, all the ladies are lovely, and cannot rate Dana enough, always does a fab job colouring my hair!
