Was left waiting for 10 minutes after treatment time, as therapist had gone shopping. Feet were left for far too long in very hot water, I had to take feet out and wait excessive time for the pedicure to commence, it felt that I was left as long as possible and my treatment did not match the description timing or treatment advertised. I left quite disappointed,

I have been a regular for a while, I cannot fault the level of care and attention I receive each time on my visit, always listened to, full discussion on what will suit me and great care to detail. I absolutely feel valued there and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, thank you Dana and the team❣️

Becci was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and did such a beautiful thorough job, I walked out feeling like a brand new woman. Recommend her to everyone!! The haircut and the colour was better than I imagined. 😍

I had booked the full head of colour. When I arrived Jazz identified that a half head of highlights with a toner would work much better. She was very friendly and I was really happy with the cut and colour. I would definitely return to this salon and book with Jazz😃

The lashes damaged my lashes and the glue would not come off. I got an eye infection after which has never happened before and got very ill.
