She did a fairly good job and I was happy when I left. However, upon closer inspection when I left and had access to natural light, I noticed a few mistakes and imperfections on my nails.

When I arrived I was told to take a seat, the girls in the salon were more bothered about sorting out the alexa than speaking with clients. I waited around 15 mins past my appointment time with no one saying a word to me (same with the lady next to me), the therapist then walks through the door. I understand people can run late but let the client know instead of just leaving them sat there wondering. Eyebrows were OK, thinner than I had requested though. I would not return
