She used a toner on my hair and charged me £20 extra on the full price of coloured treatment even though I wasn’t asked if I wanted it/wasn’t discussed. Surely that’s included in the £85 for hair colouring and treatment?… salon was a bit dirty and poor customer service, was left waiting whilst they gossiped. Would not recommend

I had a treatment, cut and blow dry which had an estimated time of 1hr 30. I was in there an extra hour as I was having to wait for the stylist to finish with her other client.
Never usually have an ill experience with The Loft, but having to wait by the sink with a wet hair (with no treatment on) made me feel less than special.

Lovely bunch of ladies all very welcoming won’t go anywhere else to have my hair done even had eyebrows and lashes done love them so much thanks again ladies
