Arrived before the hairdresser, admittedly I was early. But the welcome was not welcome from the lady in there! Appt was half an hour late. She was hungover (downside of going on a Saturday). Appt ran over an hour of the estimate. She had another customer that she was attending too aswell. And got charged for toner, even though I'd paid upfront and was not told about this extra charge! £23. So not great. This should be made clear!! Only thing I can say is she cut my hair well.
