Unfortunately, the hairstylists were running late, and I had to wait a little while to have my cut. However, everyone was very apologetic and friendly and I didn't mind so much.
In terms of the cut, I was very happy in the end, but it took some persuading to get the stylist to cut it as short as I wanted it - it was lovely that she had such strong opinions about what would look nice and what wouldn't, but really I just wanted the cut I asked for. Overall, I was happy with the cut and it was really good value but the whole experience was a bit of an ordeal.

Chanel was lovely and definitely the best beautician I've ever seen. Was lovely to be able to have a conversation whilst I have my nails done rather than being sat in silence whilst the beauticians talk between themselves like most of the salons in the city. My first time having a gel extension manicure, and it'll be my last. I just can't hack the pain 😆 But I'll definitely be back for a normal manicure!

Super lovely and friendly staff, listened to exactly what I wanted regarding my haircut and also were quicker than the suggested time of an hour, took about half that!

Had to wait almost an hour to be seen despite having booked and my hair was cut much shorter than I wanted so the end style was not ideal either
