Both Charley on my nails and Chanel on my lashes were really friendly and welcoming. I’m a naturally anxious person so this is very important for me, Charley was patient with me as I didn’t know how to have my nails done as it was the first time. The only issue I have is on my right hand some of my nails are like smooth bumpy from where they had to be redone in places due to not getting the colour through or something, but have to applaud Charley for the attention to detail in getting them right

Really good service. My hairdresser was very friendly and did a great job. Was happy with my lashes and they spent a long time on them but it would have been nice if I had been asked about what I wanted (shape, lenght etc.) before the treatment.
