Nice lady but didn't understand what I wanted. Wasnt happy to pay until it was re done. Shame cause there was so many good reviews for this salon but will not be going back.

i had gemma do hybrid lashes on me. it’s quite a small salon but when i got there, there were two boys sat on the sofas in the waiting area eating KFC? the boys were friendly with the staff so assuming they were friends? thought it was quite unprofessional. when gemma came in and was about to start my lashes, it was quite disorganised. i almost forgot to take my mascara off - she didn’t even prompt me and was going to start?! however she did a relatively good job in the end. salon was messy.
