My appointment started 20 minutes late despite me being in reception and no customer booked directly before me. Nails looked good when finished however the shellac was applied very thinly and started chipping after 1 week, normally my shellac lasts 3 to 4 weeks before chipping when applied professionally. Overall the salon felt quite unprofessional and I did not feel welcome.

Hayley was very attentive and paid attention to what I wanted. It was my first time having a full head of highlights after many years of just having half head so I was worried about how the highlights would blend. But Hayley took the time to develop my highlights slowly so that they would blend well together. Would highly recommend.
