It’s not clear what to book on the app. I was 5 mins late, when I arrived I was left waiting for 15 mins. The gel polish used isn’t very hard. There was a rough edge left on them which I had to file myself. I didn’t like the method of soaking the gel off as my fingers were left for a long time in an acetone bath which made them very dry and I wasn’t given any hand cream. Polish was applied neatly and overall result is good but I wouldn’t go again.
As usual Dana did a perfect job, she is a lovely warm lady who always puts her customer first, always offered tea, selection of coffees and soft drinks. A lovely friendly atmosphere and highly professional, I recommend The Loft for a perfect cut and an excellent price!

Dana is highly experienced, effortlessly professional and a pleasure, I am so lucky I got her to do my hair, as found the salon online and had not been before. She did exactly as I asked, from a photo and my treatment was a welcome surprise, as not all salons do this. The staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely care about you looking and feeling your best. I am booking a colour with Dana later this week was so impressed and will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Dana!
