I had my lashes done by Chanel. She was pleasant and really tried to find out the exact look I was after. This really stood out to me as she was patient and cared about my expectations and the desired result. And didn't 'just go' for Russian lashes no matter what because I had a voucher. Thank you Chanel! I will be back xxx

Chanel has alway’s done an amazing job with my nails. She’s friendly. Alway’s accomadates me if I’m late or need to re arrange. Considerate and highly experienced. The loft salon is the go to place for nails and hair!
