treatment did not happen this was re arranged by them 4 times I went 3 times twice was closed and once no staff
No text or email saying appointment would be canceled so 3 wasted trips
This was prepaid so i sent a text asking for a refund to date no reply

It was a great price for a spray tan. Had no wait just straight in got on with it really lovely lady. Clean and tidy.

What a terrible experience with Naomi. She did my Hollywood and barely had all the hair removed. Also did a terrible job on my legs which alisha had to come and fix. This is my worst experience in over 10 years. Although Alisha tried to fix all the flaws to her best on my legs - she is the only good thing in that salon and did a great job on my arms. I had to book another Hollywood appointment to fix the mess done by Naomi. At times, she simply said I don’t know what service you booked and remained in a hurry and badly did after wax cleaning leaving me sticking everywhere . How can you be so slacking in a customer front facing role? I’m quite shocked and extremely disgusted with Naomi’s service, literally the worst experience ever.
