I'll be honest...I HATE having a wax! I'm thr worst client ever usually as I just complain constantly about the discomfort but Priya is very professional, reassuring and super efficient which instantly puts me at ease. The loft is a clean, calming space and Priya is very experienced. I highly recommend The Loft and Priya's services.
