This was my first time at The Loft and it was amazing. Tracy was really attentive and made my nails look fantastic. She took the time to explain how my previous appointment at a different place had made my nails sensitive and gave me options of BIAB or gel. I booked my next appointment immediately after. The Loft itself is such a vibe and I will definitely be going back for other treatments. :)
