First time visiting the little studio hair and beauty, really happy with my hair colour and style & Catherine was so welcoming and friendly - already booked my next appointment 🙂

She didn't give me what I asked for. My hair ended up all patchy and she ruined my hoodie with bleach. Which I contacted her she said she would "need a receipt" to show how much my hoodie was worth before compensating.
The owner was too busy getting her own hair coloured and colouring a friends hair and wasn't paying attention.
I was charged almost £100 for a complete disaster.
Avoid at all costs!!!
