I really enjoyed my experience however I was given a normal back massage instead of a hot stone massage. I raised it with the therapist who has offered for me to return for a hot stone massage which was unexpected and very good customer service in my opinion!
The facial was fantastic and my skin still looks great a week on!
The venue is immaculate and really stylishly decorated.
